Our Memberships

Members of FRIENDS - Lower Suwannee and Cedar Keys, Inc. represent Cedar Key, Suwannee, Chiefland, Trenton, Bronson, Gainsville, and all points in between. Membership benefits include a quarterly newsletter called The Ibis, invitations to exclusive FRIENDS events, such as kayak tours of the refuge, and an opportunity to help with refuge management through volunteerism. There is an annual meeting of the membership and the Board of Directors meets regularly to plan upcoming events and liase with the refuge on various projects.

Congratulations are in order for all of you who have renewed your membership for the 2009 and hardy welcome to all new members. For those of you who haven't yet renewed, please do. We really need your support and fellowship. If you have renewed and your name was omitted, please let me know.
